How to Deposit to My Smart Account

Today’s article will tell you all about how to deposit to your Smart Account.

If this is your first time hearing of Smart Accounts and you’d like to know why you need one (and trust me, you do), go to this article.

Now let’s get to it!

Depositing to a Smart Account

Step 1: Connecting to Archetype

To begin, go to app.archetype.blue and connect your browser wallet.

Step 2: Enabling your Smart Account

Next, click on your Smart Account in the top right corner. It should go from disabled to active.

If you don’t have a Smart Account yet, set it up as shown in this article.

Step 3: Sending tokens to your Smart Account

Now select ‘Receive’ in your Smart Account overview. This will open a popup with a QR code in the middle. To fund your Smart Account, either scan the QR code, or copy your Smart Account address visible below it.

Double check that the network you’re sending from is Arbitrum One. Otherwise, your funds might be permanently lost.

That’s it, you’re done funding your Smart Account!

Now you’re ready to start swapping on Archetype with the full advantage of its features, such as Price Protection, gasless transactions, social recovery, and transaction bundling.
